L.E.A.D.S. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Human Resources teams at both Boyne and Big Sky Resort are taking on a project to update Team Engagement and Development Core Values. These values have historically been reinforced through the Boyne Basics messages and the HR team has worked on an overhaul of that practice. This new program is known by the acronym, "L.E.A.D.," which is comprised of the following core attributes:
L, for Long Term Thinking
E, for Excellence In Execution
A, for Attitude Is Everything
D, for Develop Great People
S, for . . .
They are excited to introduce you to the new and simplified set of core values and the acronym/logo which represents them:
New Boyne Basics details are as follow:
Boyne and Big Sky Resort are proud to be rolling out the new Team Engagement and Development Core Values and are approaching the changes to the Boyne Basics, in varying aspects, as a preliminary trial. There are many options around the content, timing and frequency. Refining all aspects of this program, as needed, will occur to make these updated versions of Boyne Basics a valuable and fun tool.

New Boyne Basics details are as follow:
- Boyne Basics email and print-ready document distributions will be sent on Mondays, to supervisors.
- There will be a focus on one core value weekly and the Monday distribution will include a related message for each day of the subsequent week (Monday-Sunday).
- Additional content to support the week’s focus will be included and all messaging will be presented in a consistent format.
- Creation and distribution of the message sent each Monday will be a responsibility that rotates weekly among the creative HR teams at each resort.
